New product integrations to be showcased at IFSEC
At this year’s IFSEC, we’ll be providing live demonstrations of the very latest in integrated entrance control security, developed in response to several emerging trends we’ve noticed over the past few months. On stand G330, you’ll see the Glassgate 300 and Glassgate 150 integrated with various biometric verification systems and passport reader technologies, the Glassgate 200 with integrated weapons detection, and we’re pleased to launch the latest app joining the Fastlane Connect suite. Join us at Europe’s largest security exhibition, from 19-21 June at ExCeL London, on stand G330 to see how our latest solutions can better protect your people and assets.
Biometrics integration facilitates legitimate movement quickly and effectively
To achieve effective border control which combats issues of immigration, terrorism and illegal trafficking of goods and people, whilst simultaneously delivering a positive customer experience by keeping queues to a minimum, an integrated entrance control system is required. You can read more about this topic here.
At IFSEC, we’ll be demonstrating our Glassgate 300 turnstile integrated with FaceSentinel – Aurora’s leading facial recognition system – and an Access IS passport reader. The unit works by reading a passport, or other token, comparing this information with a live facial image, before allowing access to authorised users. This integration is designed for applications where the highest levels of security and reliability are demanded, such as border control at airports.
For applications requiring frictionless entry, we’ll be integrating a new biometric verification system with our Glassgate 150, showing that fusing these technologies results in little or no dwell time for users, with no need for them to touch anything to gain access. Securing staff and pupils with integrated weapons detection
Educational institutions have a commitment to providing a secure and safe environment for students to learn and staff to teach. Over recent years, security has rapidly risen up the agenda for schools and colleges – particularly in the US – due to increasing and constantly evolving threats. At ISC West in Las Vegas in April, we noticed an increased number of attendees representing colleges and schools. In response to this, we have developed a new solution with this application specifically in mind – visit us at IFSEC or get in touch to find out more. This solution acts as both a visual deterrent and a physical barrier to intruders carrying weapons, for use at universities, colleges and schools, as well as healthcare facilities and churches.
Introducing the Fastlane Connect FastCmd App
We’re pleased to be launching the newest addition to the Fastlane Connect suite – FastCmd – at this year’s IFSEC. This Windows based app will allow authorised users to control and monitor their Fastlane installation from a convenient Windows PC or Tablet connected to the same network. We will demonstrate the new App at IFSEC and it will be available from our website for download soon after.
We’re pleased to be joining over 600 other exhibitors at IFSEC again this year, to showcase our products to the 27,000+ security industry professionals who are looking to discover the latest security solutions to better protect against current and emerging threats. We look forward to welcoming you to our stand, G330, where you can speak to our security experts about your entrance control needs.
If you’re not able to come to the show, we’d still love to hear from you, so please get in touch with our team on +44 (0)20 8890 5550 or email info@fastlane-turnstiles.com.
