Fastlane Speedgates
GW Compact

Glasswing
Fastlane Glasswing uses glass security barriers in conjunction with state of the art optical technology to provide a high throughput security gate. The glass security barriers are designed to work in a normally closed mode and retract inside the pedestal after a valid card has been presented to allow the authorised user to pass. The fast moving glass barriers close behind the authorised person to deter tailgaters. The barriers are positioned in the middle of the pedestal to allow true bidirectional control and automatic free exit if desired 3 variants are available: Compact, Standard and Wide; giving a lane width anywhere between 550 mm to 914 mm. The Compact is a cost effective solution for areas with space constraints and allows for lanes of 550 mm. The Standard variant gives a wider lane width of up to 700 mm, which is greater than the industry standard and provides greater flexibility of movement to users, particularly when they are carrying briefcases etc. The Wide variant is designed for wheelchair accessible lanes, giving a lane width of 914mm.

Glassgate 200
Fastlane Glassgate 200 uses glass security barriers in conjunction with state of the art optical technology to provide a high throughput security gate. The bi-directional glass barrier is designed to work in a normally closed mode and open after a valid card has been presented to allow the authorised user to pass. The glass barrier closes behind the authorised person to deter tailgaters.
The glass barrier moves away from the authorised pedestrian. In the event of other authorised users trying to use the lane the barrier will stay open, even if they are walking in the opposite direction.

The familiarity of the ‘door-like’ action of the barrier gives users confidence in operating the system ensuring quick acceptance.

Versatile
The Fastlane Glassgate 200 comes with a single security barrier for standard lanes but a double barrier lane can be added to the system to create a wider passage for wheelchair or trolley access. The same slim pedestals are used for both types of lane.

Glassgate 400
Fastlane Glassgate 400 uses glass security barriers in conjunction with state of the art optical technology to provide a high throughput security gate.
The product can be supplied with a range of glass panel heights up to 1.8m, making this our first full height turnstile from IDL. In addition, the friction brake force has been increased to provide a more secure closed position for the glass panels.

The familiarity of the ‘door-like’ action of the barrier gives users confidence in operating the system ensuring quick acceptance.

Versatile
The Fastlane Glassgate 400 comes with dual security barriers for standard lanes. The new dual glass panel Interlane facilitates either standard or DDA/ADA lane widths thus a set of DDA/ADA width disabled lanes can be provided, unlike the current product that can only have one DDA/ADA lane per set of lanes.
