Variances
Fastlane plus is available in a number of different models. Variances include:
400 MA - The 400 MA is our top of the range Fastlane plus variant and includes premium features such as breakaway arms, deterring tailgaters at 150 mm and 20 detection IR beams including 4 safety beams.
400 AS - The Fastlane plus 400 AS has an additional set of detection beams to the MA variant. This allows the lane to work in a Normally Open as well as Normally Closed mode depending on preference or the current security level within the facility.
30 MA - The 30 MA is our entry level Fastlane plus variant and includes a single fixed arm, which locks in the closed position and includes a breakaway module for extra safety. The unit operates 12 detection beams that include 4 safety beams.
Aesthetics: Fastlane plus is available with either a square or round ended enclosure to suit different building design concepts.

400 MA
The 400 MA is primarily designed to operate in normally closed mode and has 4 additional operating modes. The 400 MA features a unique self re-setting breakaway arm for emergency egress and an intuitive lane status display to guide users through the system. The 400 MA can be configured as card in/card out or card in/free exit with automatic hand free operation of the barrier arms on exit. The 400 MA has a vanity top system for maximum aesthetic flexibility. The unit also features 24 individual beams paths including an anti-crawl system should anyone try to ‘duck’ under the barrier arms.

400 AS
The Fastlane plus 400 AS has an additional set of detection beams to the MA variant. This allows the lane to work in a Normally Open as well as Normally Closed mode depending on preference or the current security level within the facility. While set to normally open mode the lane has an unrestricted welcoming appearance, with the arms only closing on unauthorised entry into the lane. In the event that a greater security presence is required the units can instantly be changed to work in normally closed mode. Alternatively for sites requiring Normally Closed mode permanently configured in a "card in" and "free exit" set up the units can be laid out to provide faster free exit than the standard Fastlane plus MA variant by weighting the additional set of beams in the exit direction to detect a person earlier in the lane.
